Studio Experience
To better understand your portrait needs, it all starts with a conversation on the phone. We will schedule a phone consultation with you to hear all about your vision and goals for your portrait session.
The phone consultation usually lasts for about 15-20 minutes.
We do ask that you touch base with any significant others, who will be involved in your portrait session and make sure they are available for the portrait session date(s) you have in mind.
The phone consultation is also the time we will look at the studio schedule and schedule your portrait session. We do require a confirmation fee to secure your portrait session in our studio schedule. The confirmation fee is refunded or credited towards your print order on the day of your design appointment.
For booking online, there is no phone call as your online booking captures everything we need to know.

Preparation and planning is key to every portrait session. We love portrait sessions and are here to help you plan your portrait session.
Our main goal is to ensure you have the best experience, and thoroughly enjoy creating memories together in front of the camera.
Planning really helps. When you arrive, we will go over your vision and goals for your portrait session. Create a plan for the portraits, and then get started.
Portrait Session

Your design appointment is where you will first see a beautiful slideshow of all the best proofs from your portrait session. Each image has been carefully selected based on emotion, pose and the outfit. We will show you different cropping ideas and really explore the best potential of each image.
Once you have selected your favorite images, we will use those to design your wall art. We do help you consider the different rooms you want to hang your wall art up in, and consider the room decor.
We offer state of the art wall displays that are made in US, Germany, Australia and Italy. Beautifully handcrafted products.
There are a range of products to meet your style and budget, with print collections starting at $599 and wall collections starting at $899. Most families invest $1500-$2000 on their portrait session prints.

Design Appointment

On the day of your order, we will immediately start work on your print order. Once your images are edited, they go to production. When the products arrive at the studio they will be quality checked. If everything passes the quality check, we will reach out to you to arrange a print collection appointment. From editing, production to shipping the product back to the studio can take 6-8 weeks after your design appointment.
